With my first in Dec'23 I had it on wed, then had baby Monday morning. It wasn't what I expected - it was light pink discharge when I wiped (just one bathroom trip). I honestly almost just wrote it off and didn't think it was that at all.
I did with my first, I had my daughter 14 hours later.

For me it was more of light spotting mixed with discharge that was my bloody show. I was contracting all day long. I did the miles circuit for around 2 hrs and during one of the lay down poses, I felt like a balloon popped within me and it was my water. In my case, maybe 10 hrs after that I had my baby.
