PCOS &/or UAT and no Ovulation
Hi girls, does anyone in here have both PCOS & UAT (underactive thyroid) and their ovulation is like none existent 😭 I have both and the last time I ovulated was mid December! I've had light bleeding a couple of times lasting for 10-14 days which I'm classing as annovulation but I'm getting so disheartened and down that I'm not ovulating! I had UAT before finally conceiveing (it took us 7 years!) and I've never gone this long without ovulation!
I suppose I'm just hoping someone else is going through similar and can make me feel like I'm not alone here! My doctors said if still no proper period or ovulation in a further 3 months from me reporting it in Feb to come back to them but I'm just like HELP ME NOW PLEASE 😭🤦♀️
Hey, I was diagnosed with PCOS after coming off the pill although apparently now I don't have it? 😂 But it took us 4 years to conceive and I took Myo-Inositol, have a look on Amazon. It took my cycles from like over 100 days down to about 35 which was a huge difference for me and definitely helped us conceive. Have a little read about it though and make sure it's suitable for you. I think I took 4 x 1000mg a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Good luck! Xx
