@Charlotte she’s 3 months nearly 4, just getting to me a little, my partner doesn’t live with us and is about an hour away/works all week till late and we don’t see him till the weekend so pretty much a ‘single parent’ all week😓
I found it tough at that age, and must be even tougher with your partner away so much. It was tough until maybe 5-6 months when I started getting out and finding regular groups to go to, and made a few mum friends with similar aged babies. It does get better I promise.
Honestly only thing that helped me was getting out the house lol, even if just for a walk with the baby. Going for a walk to park Going to see a friend or family member now and then with baby, Or have a friend come round to mine. I didn’t get to go to baby and mum groups cause of Covid but I’m hoping to this time around. And self care a good relaxing bath when baby was down for a sleep
How old is your LO? I’m a SAHM and my daughter will be 2 next month.
