Im using the ellas kitchen smoothie pouches to get his fruit in but he lives off garden peas. Im struggling with veggies too x

We aren't🙈 I blend carrots into spag bol which she demolishes but won't touch veg. She'll eat fruit constantly though so at least she's eating that we just keep offering her veg in the hope that she'll eat it one day haha

We don't get much veg in either. I make him mac n cheese with broccoli and he'll eat that, and he will *sometimes* accidentally eat a few green beans 🤣 I've had a little bit of luck making homemade chicken nuggets add adding blended veg like carrots and cauliflower into the minced chicken. But generally he'll eat most fruits so I try not worry too much and just keep offering! 🥲

Blend spinach with low salt chicken or veggie stock, use it to cook rice or orzo in. Hidden veg tomato sauce, all blended. Roast brocolli and blend into a homemade pesto. Roast cauliflower and blend into a cheese sauce. Lentils in daal or instead of meat in a chilli or Spag Bol. Beans - baked/black/cannelini/butter. Chickpeas - in curry, baked with other veg and chicken with fajita seasoning, blended into hummus. Avocado - my LG will only eat this if it’s drenched in lime juice. Try something a bit out there - my LG loves green olives of all things 🤷‍♀️

My lg sometimes eats them in food but when she cherry picks everything but the veg i blend the broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots into a mash and give he it as mash instead and she wolfs it down, I steam it first so keeps all the nutrients and use blender till its a thick mash, sometimes il give her it with sausages, pasta or chicken/ stake bake
