Hey mama, just wanted to send some love your way. It sounds like you’re doing your best, and that matters so much. I know it’s incredibly hard, especially at night when you’re exhausted. If you can, try not to shout - it might scare him or increase the crying, just leave the room and take a breather - even though I totally get how intense it can feel in the moment. Little ones often do want to sleep but just don’t know how yet. They need that comfort and sense of safety to help them settle. You’re his safe place, even when it’s hard. If there’s any way you can sneak in a bit of rest during the day, that might help too - even though I know it’s not always easy for some mums to get some sleep. You’ve got this!
