@Katie yes
Does he like fish?
Quesadillas, grilled cheese, breakfast for dinner (pancakes, waffles, muffins) homemade pizza bagels, pb and j, my almost 2 year old doesn’t eat meat 😬
@Katie no
@Candice all those ideas are great!
So it's tofu and olives tonight? With sunflower seeds? My kids had chickpea rice, frozen peas and frozen corn tonight. I cook when it's appreciated. We had a ham steak for breakfast. Do they like ham? My husband made orange and banana smoothies for dessert....
@Bonny no he doesn't eat ham. occasionally, he’ll eat a hotdog and bacon and sausage, but other than that he will not eat any type of meat.
Candice had a bunch of the same ideas I had! I would do a fruit salad as a side. You said he doesn’t like veggies, but does he like potatoes? Mashed, baked? Fries, tots?
I would keep serving him meat and having it mixed in with things so hopefully he maybe takes to it? I’m also thinking because he isn’t getting a lot of protein, maybe he needs more egg dishes or things made with eggs. Beans can be easily disguised too when blended up. I’m also thinking if you make him some baked goods like breads and stuff with good quality flour that might serve him well. Eg. Homemade pizza pocket, or other stuffings inside, pizza buns, savory baked goods.
And serve him a variety of fruits if he likes those. Like always have his safe foods so if he tries something then he can go to those and eat them. However, you might want to bring them out after he refuses
@Jadie I’ve heard of people making brownies or cookies with black beans & the kids not noticing. Maybe she could do that for a dessert or snack
Yes! Black bean brownies or putting spinach in. If your lo eats sweets and you are ok with it, I’d give this a go
Love the suggestion of black beans... cheesy beans are very popular at our house. 🙂
Cottage cheese is another high-protein favorite. Also, have you tried salami? My kids are all over it even though they don't usually like "spicy." Sometimes when I need to pull the parachute cord, I make stuffing from a box.

Honestly I would just serve a large variety of foods, whatever you are eating as a family, with one ‘safe’ food on the plate. Catering to this many exclusions will just make the list of safe foods smaller and smaller.
Can you make soups and blend all the food in so he doesn't know what it is? Lol
I was thinking maybe cheese, bacon & potato soup.
When you say meat, do you mean ground beef & steak or even chicken, pork, etc?
