@Kat thank you. So if I wasn’t interested in calls would you suggest concentrix then?
@Tiffany concentrix a lot of their roles are calls but they do some webagent stuff - octopus do sometimes do call free roles so it's just a case of keeping an eye on the ads. I worked for Vodafone through concentrix, Vodafone apparently pay better and hire for webagents only Which is online chat so worth checking Vodafones website for those as well :)

If you are happy to do calls octopus energy were hiring for remote email and calls customer service. The wage is reasonable they provide all the equipment etc. Concentrix is also a good agency who work with Vodafone Lloyds bank etc for customer service. Wage is less but they offer bonus schemes usually. Both advertise on Indeed, I've worked for both and their legit :)
