Where are you on your weight loss journey 4 months postpartum?

I’ll start, during pregnancy I managed to put on 30 kg( 5 stones) which was a shock to me as I was sick all the time and barely managed to eat anything. Now 4 months postpartum I lost 22kg (3.5 stones)and my belly is almost flat( though my belly was so big). I have 8 kg left(1.5 stones ) left to go but it has been hard work trying to lose the remaining weight. How is your progress so far?

How did you lose so much? Wow I gained 28kg and now I’m down 12kg.. more than 2 stone to loose! I’m 11 weeks pp. :)

I gained 13kg, I’ve lost around 9 so around 4kg to pre pregnancy. I’m 8 weeks pp. everyone’s journey will look a little different, the main thing is getting back to being active & healthy for our little ones 🥰

I gained 34lbs with my first and lost it in 5 months and gained 26lbs with my second and lost 20lbs so far. The first time I worked my butt off. This time I have t really worked hard hence not losing it all. But it doesn’t bother me tbh

Actually no I got that wrong haha, I was 167lbs before pregnancy, and I’m now 153lba so I have lost it 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Agnese I haven’t done anything really but breastfeed. So I hope I’ll lose the rest the same way.

Thats amazing! I never checked my weight before and after but this is my 2nd baby and apart from losing the weight of the 6lb baby, placenta and fluids, i think i just kept all the other weight n put on more coz of Cmas!! EBF did nothing for me this time rounf and my belly is still huge To top it all off, its my sistets wedding in 2 months and i have got no where 🫠🫠🫠 Someone send me a PT!

I was 50kg before pregnancy and then 75kg at the end of pregnancy . I’m now 59kg and 4 months postpartum I was 67/68kg Weight training, cardio I did train throughout pregnancy but ate terribly during last few months

I lost loads "snapped back" after my first, I don't know if ebf helped as I heard it burns calories but I did with my second and never got back to my original weight 🤦🏼‍♀️ currently about 6-8kg over but I've decided I can deal with that lol

I was 56kg pre pregnancy and got up to 72kg the day before I went into labour. I am about 57-58 at the minute (9mpp), my weight fluctuates quite a bit. I was able to get back down to this weight around 2 months post partum.

i didn’t gain much weight im quite petite so had a really small bump plus my daughter came 7 weeks early, started the implant and gained weight😩 started the gym and lost most of it!

I just had my second baby and put on 6lbs during pregnancy. This was down to attending a food group to keep me on track with healthy eating during pregnancy. I was not keeping track or on plan but overall ate better. 6 weeks postpartum and down 16lbs so 10lbs less than my starting weight.only joined back to my group last week but more importantly I’m back to the gym and I’ve run a few 5k. I feel so much better for it.

Before pregnancy 11 stone 9 after baby born 16 stone and 14 months post partum now 11 stone 4 and still going 💪
