2.5 schedules

I'm just wondering what everyone else's LOs are doing timings wise. My LO is usually up at 7 and bedtime is 7/7:30. She usually had a nap but sometimes will refuse so we sometimes bring bedtime forward if no nap. Today she refused a nap but then couldn't keep her eyes open at 3:15, so just let her have a 20 minute nap as don't want to completely ruin bedtime. Past couple of weeks bedtime has been harder than usual, not wanting to go to sleep for longer etc. We still cosleep as its the only way we all get proper sleep. Would love to know what your LO schedules are, if napping or not, and how to help with bedtimes if anyone has any ideas 🙏

Bed at 6.30/7pm, up at 5/5.30am and no naps 😴 The early wakes started about 2 months ago and I think its something we're going to have to live with 😭😂 I stopped naps about a month a go as bed time was becoming a struggle.

Up for the day between 7-8am, naps 12:30-1:30 (ish) and bedtime is a real struggle atm.. we aim for 8pm but is getting between 9-10pm before she accepts defeat and goes to sleep 🤨🥲

Wake 7.30am 3 days week for nursery, naps 30mins at 12-12.30, bedtime 930/950pm. Fights if go any earlier. Non nursery days wake 730-830am, no nap, bedtime usually 12hrs from when woke. Def sleeps better overnight when no nap. Just waiting for him to move upto toddler 2 room then will stop naps unless ill or on holiday.

Wake around 8-8:30am most days, does sleep in sometimes, bed time between 19:30-20:00, no naps, had this routine for just over a year now, I’d say being super consistent at bedtime is important, whenever we have a late/different bedtime for any reason it messes it up for a few days before we get back to our usual routine xx

I’ve found my daughter needs 12 hours awake time in the day or she’s takes 45/50 mins to fall asleep at night! So I’ve recently tweaked her routine so that she does 5.5 hours awake before her nap, which I cap at 1 hour or bedtime becomes too late. Then she does 6.5 hours awake before bed (I don’t put her down any later than 8pm) and she seems to fall asleep a lot easier and sleep well overnight x she generally wants around 11hrs 15 mins total sleep in 24 hours which is spot on for her age (needing 11-12 hours in 24 hrs). Think they are at that age of still needing a nap, but that means less sleep overnight, so a later bedtime is needed! But when they are ready to drop the nap, bedtime will probs be no later than 7pm cos they’ll be shattered x

Up for bed 19:45. Sleep about 20:45 Wakes 7ish. Naps maybe 3 days but not all. About 45min.
