@Amy I wasn’t planning on staying up, but I’ve had a busy day. First day back at work for me and my 1 year olds first day at nursery. My emotions have been all over the place today 🤪😂

@Eli I always knew it was likely as there were only 22 spaces but we live so close I’d let myself believe. So I am gutted but there’s positives with the second choice too. Congratulations for getting first choice!
@Lucy 22! Gosh that's small, I just thought all were minimum of 30! You could always request to go on the waiting list? Glad you still have positives 🫶 Thank you, his sister is in year 1 so I was hopeful but with it being a different LA the doubt was creeping in! x
@Eli oh yeah it was 30 but I asked about siblings when I looked around as they get first refusal so after them it was 22. Yes I’m going to ask to go on the waiting list as you never know. But I know my son will be happy either way. Ah great, would’ve been a pain having them at different schools! X

@Charlotte I had to go to where I did the application under school places. It may depend on your council when they are published
We got our first choice too! I’m so happy because it means we can walk rather than drive:) I was so nervous because we are slightly out of catchment, but literally by one street, and the head said that usually they are able to accept kids from my street
We got our first choice 🥰 soooo not ready for this transition 🥹 but sense of relief knowing. I went running up to hubby asking him to check emails as a lot know. He said I already know, i found out at midnight but you were asleep 😱 he wouldn't tell me at first as loves to wind me up. 🤣 xx
