Im not sure if babies are allowed to have lime but u can try giving them honey and lime I’m sure for the oldest one she can have it about 2-3 spoon fulls of honey and lime and for the smallest one if she can’t have lime w the honey you can just give her honey or any medicine with honey !! Im Spanish and my mom used to always do that for me when I was little along w my grandma I hope this helps !!!

Arm and hammer saline spray(separate bottle for each person!) for post nasal drip and congestion, elderberry syrup or honey for sore throat. Hydrating and rest are your best friends 🧡 I hope everyone gets better soon. My daughter ended up with congestion last night too, started on our remedies already.

Yeah my nephew got the flu and I had thought we dodged it. They were fine until lastnight.

Oh no, well, maybe get them checked in case it is the flu. We never do that tamiflu stuff. But in the case they get a bad fever, then you can know how to treat it. We got flu type a when my daughter was 2, and it stunk, but I was glad to know what it was.

Some really good chicken noodle. Make your own broth if you can and use fresh ingredients from the store. I like using carrots, celery, potatoes, egg noodles, and onion. You can use any kind of noodles but I like the egg noodles best. All the extra nutrition in a good soup can help give them the fuel their body needs to fight it off. To soothe a sore throat I love using honey and lemon. Cough drops are also cool but I’d be careful bc of choking hazards. Have them eat a nice bowl, do showers and pijamas, honey and lemon, then lay them down for a movie in bed. If they get hot run the ceiling fan and dip a washcloth in water… fold it up, and place it on their foreheads. Also Tylenol for fever.
