White spot on LO leg

Hey! So my LO has had this spot on her leg since like 4/5 months old I believe and she is now 11 months old. Ever so slowly it’s grown and looks and feels like a zit. Her ped says well take a look at her 12 months old appt but I’m neurotic so I’m here
