How accurate is the Flo app ?

So far this'll be my second late period according to the free Flo app. Is this a reccuring issue? I did have HGC on a pregnancy test last month but then my husband said that I had gotten my period after all , so we decided I must not actually be pregnant. This will be the second month I'll have missed my period according to the Flo app.

Flo has been incredibly accurate for me but I had a very regular period and I logged everything. They do say there is room for error of course. Might need more time before it is accurate.

Just clicked your profile. I think at 7 months pp it might be too early to expect a regular period. Mine is still all over the place. Test again. If it’s neg then keep logging and see if things get more regular

Flo is what I've used for over 8 years now. It's always been really accurate once my cycles regulated post breastfeeding/baby, and even then, it always was within a day or so of its estimated.

Mine is usually right on or a day or two off. It works well but as humans our cycles aren't always exact. Weirdly enough it actually was exactly right when I was pregnant, right amount of weeks and days

You have to consistently track everything for a while; then it learns your cycles. It still never knew when I would ovulate though because I can be all over the place with that.. but after 4-6 regular cycles it tracked me within a day's accuracy for starting my cycle.

I believe it’s based off you knowing your body. I had irregular cycles so when Flo would say I could be prego I knew not possible. Shockingly this last time she was right, take another test and book an appointment with your doctor for a blood test to see
