Fitness during pregnancy

I've just found out I'm pregnant with baby no. 2 and have been trying to go through a fitness journey while juggling motherhood and mental health. Has anyone got any tips on the best experiences to do during a second pregnancy with a 1 year old please?

Hey! Congratulations! 🙂 I’m a pre/ postnatal trainer. Depending on what you’ve been doing, you’re mostly fine to carry on as you are. However there are some things to avoid: HIIT training and weight training at your maximum for example. Just thinking, if you’d like to dm me, I can give you some personalised advice.
