Anyone know any nice caravans sites? (South Wales)

I want to take my 18 month old away for a caravan holiday but I don’t want to go too far maybe like an 1-2 hours. I would like one with a beach near as we’re going in June and one with entertainment and a pool mainly. If anybody knows any with good reviews or has been! Please let me know 🫶🏻 Thanks in advance.

Bluestone Resort x

@Katie hi girl, I just had a look into bluestone. I think I would prefer to take him there when he’s a bit older as most of the activities are for older kids & he’ll be able to remember it then! Thank you for the suggestion though 🫶🏻

@Chloe what about trecco bay? That's a classic 🤣

@Katie I haven’t been there in years 😂 is the entertainment any good? The ones I’ve been looking at which seems good so far is cardigan bay and pendine sands x

Pendine sands is great. Only a small pool but has entertainment & restaurant onsite. Only 5mins from Saundersfoot & has a lovely Chinese takeaway for a chilled night in when the little one is sleeping. The park over the road by the museum is great for kids xx

We are going to Pendine Sands! And it is close to Folly Farm too x

Haven Kiln Park in Tenby x

@Naomi I’ll have a look at that one now x

@Melissa that’s where we wanted to go originally but it’s sold out for the dates we need 🥲

@Lauren is the entertainment throughout the day too? Or just the evenings? Xx

@Chloe Aww that’s a shame. Another place we like is Brean Sands which is not in South Wales obviously but only an hour and a half away. We have stayed in the Haven one there and the John Fowler one but there are loads of other ones x

@Chloe Yes, there are some activities in the morning & afternoon too. I went last October so there were a lot of Halloween activities. There's messy play, tots time, aqua paddles in the pool etc. some activities cost per child xx

@Melissa thank you! I had a look and seen they got a splash park, play area and near a beach which is really good, but I couldn’t see anything about entertainment? X

@Chloe Was it the Haven one you were looking at? If so, yes, there is some entertainment throughout the day. Loads of activities but most have an extra charge x

@Melissa I’m not sure I just typed in Brean sands holiday park… that’s fine. Thank you! X

@Melissa hi, I’ve been looking at the Haven ones for Burnham-on-Sea, but it doesn’t show the caravans individually only bronze, silver & gold? Do I just book one of those? I wanted to pick one lol to make sure it’s clean etc😅😂

Yeah you just pick from bronze, silver or gold. You can pay extra to choose one after you’ve booked. So you might want one in a particular location or some have an extra toilet etc but you wouldn’t be able to see photos of the inside of that particular caravan to check it’s clean etc x

Klin park Tenby is lovely been every year last 3 years with my daughter x
