Weaning - where to start?!
Hi all, my baby will be 6 months next month so starting to think about getting ready for weaning. Where do I start?! The only thing we have is a high chair. Is there a good go-to resource about how to do it, what else we need? I am clueless! Thanks in advance.

How could we contact with HV team?
As well as support from your HV, there’s a free book with the parenting club in Boots, Ella’s kitchen brand, that gives you some helpful hints and tips. Vinted is really good if you wanted some cheap resources too (books/cook books etc)
Your local NHS HV team should be in touch with support. If you Google The Baby Academy they also do a free class on weaning/starting solids. If you're thinking of baby led weaning, there's a fab group called Weaning the BLW Way on Facebook 😊
