Maternity allowance
Was anybody on maternity allowance expected to be paid this Friday?? I was supposed to be paid this week but after contacting my bank there is no incoming payment. Is it just mine or does this happen a lot

Isn't first payment. I called yesterday they said had been credited but according to bank it isn't showing as pending or being held. Checked the details with them yesterday as they recently changed and had rhe correct ones so don't know why it hadn't gone in.. is really stressing me out I have no money until it's paid !!!
I got the last payment on 14th April
Is it through an employer or are you being paid through government? Maybe some banks pay after bank holiday rather than before. Obviously with my employer our payslips are processed a day before with it being a bank holiday so get paid the day before but not sure if it works differently with others or other banks x
@Ceri last recieved it on April 4th and I get it everyv2 weeks

You should have been paid the day before I got paid yesterday because it’s a bank holiday today x but if it’s your first payment I’m not too sure
