Which is it pls

I ovulated on the 8th & that was 9 days after my last period, which is early for me as I normally ovulate round 12/13 days after, then 15th & 16th I had brown spotted blood when I wiped, I did a pregnancy test yesterday morning which was negative, but I did do few ovulation test yesterday & done one today which they are getting darker. so am I ovulating again or could it just be to early on a pregnancy test thanks
