Just make sure it's a low enough temperature to eat with their hands
Since having kids I switched to Quorn mince for bolognese, it’s so easy to cook in the sauce and softer texture so easier for little one’s gums and I am presuming healthier, my older ones now prefer quorn mince over meat mince now. Since my LO was 6 months I have just served it as is.
I just give it the same way I have mine I just get her serving out sooner to cool
I just cut the spaghetti up with scissors
