Something like... Breakfast: 2 slices of jam toast or a bowl of cereal or a butter croissant and a smoothie Snack #1: chocolate crepe and fruit (most days this is requested!) Lunch: tomato pasta, corn on the cob, ice lolly Snack #2: crackers, yoghurt and berries Dinner: mashed potatoes, sausages, peas, carrots, bourbon biscuit Before bed: vitamin gummy and milk Some days more, some days less!

Breakfast: piece of fruit and bowl of cereal or 1/1.5 slices of toast Mid morning snack: fruit, flapjack bar or cheese. Lunch: provided school lunch in term time. At home it’s normally- half a sandwich, fruit, crisps, and yogurt. Some days we do 2 dippy eggs and toast or spaghetti in tomato sauce. After school snack: hard boiled egg, ham or cheese, crackers, fruit or sweet treat. Dinner: meat and steamed veg/ potatoes. Or pasta and sauce/ chilli/ curry/ 2x small tacos depends on the night. Her food intake varies massively day to day or week by week. Some days she picks and doesn’t want much and others she wants anything that stands still and constantly asking for snacks.

Breakfast - Porridge with honey Snack (if wanted) - Fruit Lunch - something like, tuna pasta, chicken with waffle and peas etc, with dessert Snack (if wanted) - banana or peanut butter etc Dinner - something like, Bolognese and rice with cheese, with dessert Supper - pancakes or yogurt with fruit. The above is her days off school. When she is at school she will have either a sandwich or jacket potato for lunch, normally with tuna
