Lately I have been doing smoothie bowls. Smoothies are a little too liquidy for my daughter so I add some Cheerios in it to thicken them up and she loves it. Adding cottage cheese does not change the taste so to her it’s still taste like a dessert, but it adds in a ton of protein and dairy! And the cheerios are grains!

Spinach pancakes! To sneak in veggies

Here, for the comments, my son exclusively eats banana and oatmeal everyday 😭

@Yadi today I did left over spaghetti sauce in his eggs it sounds weird but soo good

Usually, I’ll give him some oatmeal or I’ll do eggs but with almond milk so it’s a little bit sweeter for him, or I’ll do strawberry Greek yogurt and mix in a bit of peanut butter.

That's tough. Not sure if these suggestions are helpful but you can try banana pancakes, yogurt parfaits, smoothie bowl, avocado toast, banana with peanut butter toast (if not allergic), oatmeal with fruit.

Other than oatmeal, Banana, toast with little butter, yogurt (big hit), berries, nutrigrain bar, tomatoes, banana nut bread, cheerios

blueberry (any fruit) cream cheese (or pb) roll ups (whole wheat bread flattened) fried with french toast mix is a fan favorite in our house

My son loves banana oat pancakes! He also loves these avocado banana oat muffins I make him. I also do banana oat “cookies” but it’s coconut and no sugar.

My baby has always been big into protine so he eats 2 or 3 turkey or chicken sausages everyday along with grewk yougert and some type of fruit. He just started liking eggs a little bit and he eats a couple pieces for me now which I'm very excited about

@maggie grace just tried this today with banana and strawberry as the filling, and it was a hit. 😭🙏🏽

Yogurt with berries Veggies made great has frozen muffins that are zucchini based but have really delicious flavors! Once upon a farm smoothies

My daughter loves sweet potato waffles! I have a mini waffle maker and either bake or microwave the sweet potatoes to get them soft. Then, scrape the inside out mix that with a few eggs and I add cinnamon and vanilla extract. Super easy and I make extras to freeze for later!
