@Parker 又 he might watch a video. He’s usually glued to his phone all the time if he’s not working. I’ve gotten nowhere. I don’t really talk to him a ton about things.
This Instagram account is short form content (of longer content that exists too) very helpful (I’ll come back with more links too) https://www.instagram.com/reel/DIOgvP_KHzp/?igsh=ZHVsZHkyandueWE5
Another great account https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHwsPDmCQKt/?igsh=N2pmNnZ5dHF2YmMx
This one is a man who makes parenting content & his explanations are great! Men sometimes listen to other men easier than they’ll hear out women lmfao unfortunately https://www.instagram.com/dariusryankadem?igsh=MXFjd2RrcnJnb3lsYg==
Another great one https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_tQL9DoMTv/?igsh=dXBqcjVqbDZvaHZv
This one talks directly about tantrums from a neurological & developmental standpoint https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_N2C1Mo2QK/?igsh=dTY0YjFxZmU4N2p4
He may need more than explaining. 😔 A lot of the times it's a parents own trauma that needs to be healed at core. See this article: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/targeted-parenting/202503/maybe-its-not-mom-rage-maybe-its-a-trauma-response?amp=
Mine is pretty old fashioned and falls into this habit which completely clash’s with everything I’m doing. I’ve tried talking with him but he’s pretty dismissive in the moment, but I notice it does stick. Also sending reels/YouTube/tiktoks helps. I try to get into his algorithm haha…aim for people he respects discussing these topics if you can.
Is he more likely to watch a video explaining it or like could he read a whole book to help him out? (Asking cause there’s so many resources)
