How to hand invitations in nursery?

Hi all, I wonder if anyone has experience of passing birthday party invites to some friends in the nursery? My son’s group has 15 kids, and I want to invite 7-8 kids. He talks about those kids and never about others. Those other also had parties where they didn’t invite my son, so it seems ok in our nursery to not invite the whole group. I only have phone number for one kid’s parents, and I hardly ever see some kids’ parents. How does one invite specific kids? I can put invitations in the bags on their pegs, or do I ask the staff to pass the invite? Not sure how it technically works.

I would ask the staff to pass the invite. Kids often take out stuff from their pigeonholes/pegs to play with, so the invitations might not even make it home haha

I asked the nursery staff to put them in their bags

At my girls nursery we hand the invites to the staff and they will make sure they get home - usually put them in their bag and let the parent know on pick up so we can take it out.

Same. Staff sticks them to the entrance door so parent can see it
