Fussy eating

Any advice on how to manage the fussy eating my daughter is currently facing? Nursery says she eats brilliantly but at home it’s becoming very different, with a lot of refusal. Any help or guidance welcomed :)

Hey - we had the same exact scenario a few weeks ago! Since she was eating well at nursery we stopped pressuring at home. If she didn't want to eat, so be it. We offered fruit after meals which she still almost always ate. A few days later she started eating a few bites at home again.

Wait it out. It's pretty normal and apparently has a lot to do with them learning they can say "no" and therefore exercising what little agency they have. Ours the same btw, but she's starting to make some progress towards eating a bit more again. Our nephew is a year older and SIL always says that his eating improved a lot when he was three and a bit, although from what I've observed it's still hit and miss with him - it's just a toddler thing! Thank you for the reassurance. I just worry that I’m doing something wrong but I know she’s on her own journey and hopefully her eating habits improve over time :)
