Eating or lack of

Hey, does anyone have any tips to help my little girl eat more foods, she is really fussy and hardly eats anything and when she does eat it’s a few small mouthfuls. She’s on the 7th centile so she is not a big baby already but still I worry as it’s only 5 weeks until we are meant to stop formula 🥲 any tips or advice welcome to a worried mummy 🩷 she currently can’t eat dairy as she has cmpa but we have just started the milk ladder to see if she still has the allergy or not 🤞🏼

I always found giving the same food that we are eating at the same time really helps as she sees us eating it and joins in. We love having banana pancakes at the weekend together.

I would just offer very small amounts in front of her so she doesn’t get overwhelmed and when she eats it add more to her tray. You could always keep using formula until you’re comfortable with the amount she’s eating, just change to an open cup or straw cup/ bottle. But at the same time drop her down to 2 feeds a day and you should find her getting hungrier and eating more x

Yep. We have a few mouthfuls then throws it all over the place. It’s why I’ve not dropped any bottles for him as afraid he will be lacking in nutrients!
