I would call the Drs office or take her to the ER if the fever doesn't stop happening after 24 hours or goes over 102.2 again. Don't risk a seizure. It's viruses season and it has been a rough 3 weeks for us a well

Thank you for the advice being a first time mom I don’t really know how to handle or go about certain things so thank you

@Manuela I hope it gets better for you guys it definitely seems everybody’s kids are getting sick rn

Honestly my baby is just recovering from a nasty virus. The most important thing is to keep the fever controled. I give mine Tylenol every four to 5 hours as I feel the fever rising. This last time was horrible because my thermometers kept saying he had no fever so first 2 days he had no medication. Then his eyes got really red and I took him to the pediatrician. Basically they just told me to give the Tylenol, keep the fever down. She also suggested to alternate with motrim. They also said it is normal for fever to last 3-5 days while the virus passes. But yes definitely take her to the doctor if it goes over 104 Hope it helps!

Thank you! FYI I called my Dr. Bc my baby was warm for a couple days straight. She said if baby can't be off fever 24-48 without Tylenol to bring her in. Sure enough 2 and a half weeks of congestion developed a double ear infection over the weekend. Be sure to stay on top and message/call your doctor for directions, they are there to answer your questions. If it's an infection it won't go away without antibiotics. Best of luck

Yeah that’s true that’s the biggest concern is when you think it’s an infection because then they will need antibiotics
