Workouts.

Kinda down about my looks.. just don't feel good about myself. I need to toneup my body. My mama weight is already... just have a tiny gut that won't leave. Any suggestions on workouts? Or remedies?

I'm looking for the same

For working out: Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on YouTube. Blogilates on YouTube (these are Pilates workouts). If you can swing it, purchase some new clothes for the body you have now. You deserve to feel your best and if having clothes that fit properly help with that then get some. I also start every morning with getting dressed and/or showering, doing my skincare, and brushing teeth. This helps me feel put together. I got some lotion that smells really good and I put that on too.

I like classes. Pilates and Zumba classes. 3kg and 5kg weights for home, I mainly do stretching and yoga at home but for toning I like classes better I like being around people and it pushes me to do more, go longer. I would not manage a 1hr Pilates session unless I was around people, and it gets me out of the house. I make friends, feel like I belong.
