Early pregnancy sign?

Currently very anxious and looking for some reassurance. I am a week away from my period being due however I have had bad bloating for a week now. It seems to get worse as the day goes on and my lower stomach feels rock hard. It’s too early to take a test however did anyone else have signs like this and were pregnant? This would be my second baby. Tysm🫶🏽.
