Ttc baby #2

Hi everybody , I have a eight month old little boy and me and my partner have decided to try for baby number two . I have polycystic ovaries. I’ve never had regular periods , I haven’t ovulated or had a period since before I concieved with my son. My ovulation test go up and down all the time , Any advice on how to get myself to Ovulate or anything like that ? Feeling really let down by my own body at the minute ☹️ Attached pic of this weeks ovulation tests
