Just my opinion

It's nice to get fitness advice/ eating advice online. But I believe what works for one person will not work for everybody. But calorie deficit seems like a good way to lose weight, which I'm just starting to do that. So I don't think a person could just say oh eat this eat that like I think it depends on everybody's body and their level activity and their goals.

Very true! I used Chat GTP to breakdown my caloric deficit because I was very confused at first. Helps a lot!

That is very true and why if you do work one on one with someone, they should be certified and work with you and your likes/ dislikes and limitations. I'm a CPT & CNC, and when I onboard my clients, we have in depth consultations and go over roadblocks and such
