GTT - when to fast from?
Got my glucose tolerance test tomorrow at 09:00 but can’t find anything written down about when to fast from. Is it 21:00 so it’s 12 hours? I’ve read different things online 8-12 hours or 10-12 so if anyone’s done theirs already - please help?

I had mine last week my appointment was at 9.15 I had to stop having anything to eat or drink from 10pm the night before x
Had mine 2 weeks ago fasted from 10pm on the letter however I didn't eat anything from about 8pm but can drink water through the night
Mine is tomorrow too , I was told 10pm 🕙
