I am 4 almost 5 months PP & I am stuck in my weight loss journey. I haven’t really lost anything & it’s taking a toll on my mental health. What are your favorite healthy meals, favorite workouts, anything? Also, if anyone is interested in an accountability chat, I am more than happy to make one! Hey Cheyenne! I'm a CPT & CNC, and my recommendation is to do low entry, low decision making, low brain function actions and build upon them. Example: drink water before coffee, focus on eating more whole foods with protein being a priority, park farther away from places. Once you master one, aim to do another. Little habits stacked on top of each other with consistency make a huge impact
