C-Section Fitness Recovery

Just over 9m PP and getting close to my pre-pregnancy weight! I’ve been aiming for 500 move calories a day and with a consistent exercise plan I started having better progress. EBFer and my body was really holding onto the extra at first. Not all BFers lose it right away, lol. Excited I can start wearing some of my old jeans again although some are still a bit too small. The monthly programs I started in March have really helped because I just do what it tells me to on the app each day. I don’t have to waste time picking which videos to do, and then I just make sure I get enough walking in to hit the rest of my move calories goal. I’m also very excited: I could finally do a full push up again today! It was so humbling losing so much strength from pregnancy.

@Catherine I had such a rough birthing experience! And I got postpartum preeclampsia so my body got super swollen after surgery and my legs felt like the skin would burst 😭 feeling so so much better these days lol 🫶🏼
