LH rising

This month I have had difficulty pin pointing my ovulation day as my testing was done sporadically but on my chart it's later but I think I ovulated earlier as my LH levels are rising and I've got a negative Hcg test but could this me I'm pregnant? My Flo app said I ovulated on the 16th but premom says the 18th, both days my LH was high. I've had negative Hcg so far But now it's going up so I'm confused 😵‍💫
