Weaning on holiday

Hey, my LB is 6.5 mths old and we are currently doing breakfast and lunch purees, still having 4 - 5 bottles a day also. We are going on holiday in 3 weeks and I am struggling to see how I am going to keep up with his food routine when i won't be able to take pre prepared food with us.. I don't usually give my LO pouches as I like to make my own, does anyone have any tips on how to still continue with purees when on holiday? Any advice or tips would be appreciated :)

Use the opportunity to try new things - you can mash most things up. Is there a buffet at the hotel? We went away for a month with our 1 year old and we struggled but got by on bananas, wheetabix and fruit and just bits off our plate! It was fine!

You could try baby led instead? No need for purées and should be easier to find single ingredients that are baby friendly.

You can buy small portable rechargeable blenders they’re only small easy to put into a bag so you can blend anything from the hotel and do some baby lead weaning too.

@Francesca there is a buffet so should be things he can eat. Thank you

@Charley thank you, I do already give him bits to pick up himself and eat, but he won't eat much that way. Cheers

@Leeza thank you, I will look for one of those so I have a back up plan... cheers
