Weird solution: smell the fluid. If it smells like nothing then I’d go ahead and go to the hospital and get seen
I’m sorry it has you feeling this way. When I called mine, they told me to go to the hospital to get checked anyways. I was quite preterm though. If it doesn’t smell like urine or anything really, go to hospital. Put a pad on and if you keep leaking and it’s clear, go to hospital. If it’s yellow and smells, it’s pee. The amount you’re leaking is irrelevant if you should go or not. Also they can check at the hospital and tell you if it’s fluid or not.
Continuing to read - it isnt just what they consider an emergency but anything you consider too. A liability answer in pregnancy is still a real answer bc anything can happen in pregnancy and you wouldn’t want anything to happen to baby just as much as they wouldn’t want to be liable if something did. I’m sorry your support has you feeling some way. It’s okay to wait for the morning as it now is becoming. Even after I was decently sure, I waited 3 hours for mine to get a break at work to take me because we also had one car.
I am so sorry you're in such an aggravating and stressful situation. I've read that sometimes water breaking is just a trickle stream and other times it's like the movies where it's a huge waterfall (which is what happened with my last kiddo). I would say go in to L&D just in case cause better safe than sorry but I do not have good advice as to how to swing that with no car and sleeping toddler. I hope everything turns out okay!!
