If your cycle is irregular you may not even have ovulated yet so probably keep having sex. If your cycle is usually quite regular and this is way out of the ordinary I’d make a doctors appointment to find out what’s going on all of a sudden. If you were actually tracking ovulation and it was over 25days ago I’d definitely make a doctors appointment
