I've heard of it going on for 3/4 weeks but I'd say if it goes past that then maybe consider another nursery? All babies are different but I'd say that nursery need to take some ownership on helping her settle and maybe itbisnt the most nurturing environment I'd that is what she is used to at home?
3/4 weeks is not really long enough to get settled. However, nursery isn’t for all babies. Have you thought about a childminder? I send my little boy to a childminder and he LOVES it. Took a few weeks to settle in of course but was always happy when I picked him up. It’s a smaller homely environment and I love that for him.
My little boy is in 2 days a week and he’s only just settling more at 2 months in. Though still cry’s at drop off
Not quite the same extent as we’ve only had one day so far but she was very unsettled too. She cried on and off all morning, wouldn’t eat her snacks or lunch and wouldn’t sleep. I thought the worst but then she fell asleep on the changing mat at 1.40pm as she was exhausted and woke up a different baby! Played happily all afternoon and had her beans on toast just before we collected her. It’s incredibly tough but like others have said one day it’ll probably just click If it keeps going on though could you look for a Childminder instead? Your LO might be better in a home environment or
