Willful toddler - ahhhh!!!

My god, this toddlerness is hard. I have such a willful boy and he wants to explore everything and run everywhere, and if I have to stop him (from doing something wrong or dangerous) he is so physically strong and pretty much beats me…. And all the ‘coming down to his level’ and ‘talking about big feeling’ and ‘smell the roses’ does nothing in the middle of all the drama. We went to a toddler event at the library and the others were participating in the event, looking at the books, and my boy is running around trying to find the exit so he can run off to the road….and if I get in his way, there’s hell to pay. They really aren’t all the same… and it honestly makes me not want to go out anywhere! Rant over 😂😂
