9 month not sleeping through the night
My almost 9 month old still wakes up 1-2 times a night. Sometimes he takes a 4oz feed each waking. Sometimes it’s for comfort and he goes back into his crib after having 1-2oz. I give him 5-10 mins of fussing before I go in and check on him. If I don’t give him any milk he’ll just cry for 45 mins or so and wake up his brother. Or get himself stomach in the corners of his crib distressed
How can I stop the feeding and comfort wakings? He was sleeping 9pm-6am from 4-6 months and now he’s waking up. My first born slept through the night since 5 months.

@seo but when you stop the milk do you go in an pick up baby to sooth or let them cry? I have tried that method a few times in the last month or so. And some nights he’s soo upset and hungry still other nights that works

@seo Just wanted to note here that safe sleep guidelines are not to sleep with anything in the crib until after 12 months.
Does he fall asleep independently at bedtime or with a feed?

Mine didnt sleep all night till 13 months. Give baby less and less milk slowly over 2 weeks. Eventually stop all the milk. Once they get used to the fact that milk is not coming, he will stop waking. Good luck! He will probably need a plush or comfort blanket instead
