i saw someone the other day making breakfast muffins just using weetabix, banana and peanut butter (ig: baby_lead_weaning_cookbook), she posts a lot of unique recipes i like, also maybe a homemade granola/oat bar? there’s lots of simple recipes on tiktok and you can include fruits x
Putting it out there, but as an adult who also doesn't really enjoy breakfast foods, what about offering her lunch or dinner foods that she likes instead for breakfast? If we don't have leftovers for a meal, I often will mix up some tuna and avocado (I use the guacamole cups from Costco because the odds of his avocado wishes lining up with the ripening timeline of avocados is not great) I also have made veggie muffins (I can look up the recipe) that could probably be effective as a breakfast, especially with a healthy fat or calcium-rich food like yogurt.
