Is alcohol free wine safe?
Can I have a glass of alcohol free wine and still be okay with feeds?
Just incase when I have a glass with dinner and she gets hungry.

Yeah I mean if it’s alcohol free then it should be fine whenever
Even if you got normal wine that would be fine to have too while breastfeeding
You can even have normal wine and feed as normal so long as you're not drunk.
@Caroline I haven’t drank more than half a glass in over 3 years 😬 I fear even that makes me drunk

You should be able to! I have the nozecco from time to time and it’s been fine x
