Working out twice a day 6 days a week is too much . I have a 2 years old and we both work full time . My husband is runner but he is giving me time for workout instead of him . Because I gained lots of weight. I feel bad for him but at this phase my health should be priority. I am not sharing this for comparison but for reference what a good husband should do when partner is in need for break . Talk to your partner and set up a time for yourself 3 days workout or walk and tell him to manage those days . Do not expect him to say yes immediately but be stuck to your plan . Call for babysitter and spend his money on that if he is not giving time .
He will have about 45 minuet nap during the day It’s okay 🤣
What is your 15 month olds nap schedule like? Also with all due respect your husband is an asshole.
