Chicken & Spinach Tart
With a tomato & herb base and cheese on top!
It’s dairy free cheese hence why it hasn’t melted but it was actually really nice! We had it with salad then strawberries and pineapple ☺️

The cathedral city cheese melts like normal cheese it’s the only one I’ve found that does
