@Jessica oh that makes me feel better 😂😂 that was us a few months back though!! Honestly I never thought getting a child to eat would be the hardest bit of parenting!!
My daughter loves chilli, pie and mash, chicken strips, pizza, rice, cous cous, hot dogs. She was always a good eater as a baby the only things she doesn’t like is mushrooms and tomatoes xx
My son’s favourite is soooo embarrassingly easy 🤣 Spaghetti mixed with garlic & herb Philadelphia and Parmesan. Then I mix in some courgette and mushroom or whatever veg I’ve got that won’t be weird. I have to chop it so small that he doesn’t notice and just thinks he’s having cheesy pasta 🤣🤦♀️
At least yours eats hot meals… ARFID life over here, still on baby pouches (only fruits and certain veg) and beige and crunchy in a packet! If your not a confident cook do the ready made sauces, the more expensive/fresh ones are obviously better nutritionally but if it’s variety your after try different cooking sauces, no point stressing yourself out x
My daughter's favourite is pasta moved with tuna and yogurt so it's tastes just like tuna mayo. You can add in sweetcorn or peas etc
Tuna pasta bake, pizza using pitta bread or tortilla wraps (get your little one to add the toppings) couscous and chicken, quesadillas
We’re on pizza, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, scampi, cheesy pasta here. Could you just give her some of what you have alongside a safe food?
There’s more variation there than what my 3 year old will eat! We get stuck on pizza, omelettes and sandwiches 😆
