Sleep struggles
My baby has always been an amazing sleeper but over the last month or so he’s been really fighting his naps during the day, even though I can see he is tired, it takes me about 40-60 mins to get him to go down and then has about 30 minutes sleep before he’s up again. And the same again at night time. He then wakes up every hour or so in the night and I end up bringing him in to bed with me during the night at about 1am (back story: I’m also 27 weeks pregnant so I’m EXHAUSTED and need the sleep) but I’m not sure if he’s getting into a habit of this now. I’m really struggling to be honest ladies. I feel like I’m failing him and he’s not getting the sleep he needs. He doesn’t nap in his cot during the day and never has, it’s always on the sofa next to me but has always been fine going to bed in his cot at night times. I tried sleep training tonight but hearing him cry just absolutely breaks me, I’m not sure if it’s the pregnancy hormones or what but it’s so difficult.
Any advice is welcome please? Has anyone had the same issue?

don’t be silly, you’re not a rambler! mine is the same at the moment, she fights her naps during the day, so by the time i don’t want her to nap before bedtime she’s knackered and ends up going to sleep at 4pm!! then when it comes to bedtime she’ll sleep from 8pm-1:30am then from 2am - 6am! she used to sleep all through the night and now she’s not at all. i’m not sure if it’s teething or anything like that. but i’m getting tired again, we were just getting our sleep back 😥
