My husband can’t hold a job

In the last 8 months he has been fired from 3 jobs. 1 for a verbal argument 2 because my husband said the guy didn’t like him and the 3rd because of performance. Hes an electrician. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have to pick up the slack everytime. And I can’t just make money appear but I have been making it work we still have a home food etc. he must of had 100 jobs since we been together (definitely exaggerated). We have been together for 14 years since high school. I am sooo tired of being put in this position. What should I do?

Does he have any interest in improving? It sounds like he needs help. Maybe therapy, maybe anger management, but he's an adult and that behavior is childish. Most people don't WANT a job but we do it because we have a family and responsibilities like bills to pay. He needs to figure out what he needs and get help with it because you'll grow to resent him (more) if he doesn't figure it out. Have a serious talk with him

See if maybe he can work in agricultural jobs all the guys are 100% jerks out there the bosses are rude so are the empowerment and nobody gets fired for being an A hole lol 😆 my husband works in agricultural jobs for the same reason he can't behave so he has to round up cows with other misbehaving guys

I had a spell where I went through a few jobs, and interestingly I'm an electrical engineer. What I found is companies take trades people on when they have a big project or when production ramps up, and then let's them go afterwards. But if it's genuinely performance or interest in his job, would he look at doing something else, or he needs to realise his family are depending on him and he needs to find a job
