Coconut lemongrass Salmon, cauliflower, greens, corn, quinoa mix mash - 15 month old First try at this one!

All veg, salmon etc were from freezer. Boiled some cauliflower, greens from a mix packet of packed greens (had edamame, green beans, peas etc in), added sweetcorn. Boiled quinoa. Baked salmon. (Cooked from frozen, olive oil, wrapped in foil) Stirred in some coconut yoghurt. Used maybe third lemongrass coconut sauce packet for whole batch (packet was a quick random pick up from Waitrose petrol st on way home, not used before - will put pic of nutritional info on it in comments incase anyone wants info) Made about 6/7 jars as I had some! LO had one jar after making it (tested out bit of the mix mash of everything first with a little of coconut lemongrass sauce before did the rest of the jars with that stir in sauce to check she liked it). LOVED it and kept demanding more, so that gave me go ahead to flavour up whole mixture with it 👍 Will probs keep 1/2 in fridge - not sure of shelf life in fridge? Anyone know? And freeze others, to defrost, give in future. FYI my LO goes crazy for coconut flavoured stuff full stop, so we always buy naturally sugared low sugar most clean ingredient coconut yoghurt can.
