Rash around baby’s mouth
It is hard to see in the picture, but my kiddo has these pimples that come and go around his mouth. It gets better and worse through the day. At its worse, it covers his nose and part of his cheeks. Any ideas on what it could be?
We have not been able to pinpoint it to any food or even to eating. He does seem to be eating a lot less than normal. He was teething a few days ago but seems to be fine now. He has been pretty congested lately too. TIA.

Most likely food reaction. If you breastfeed it also matters what you eat. My baby reacts like that to sweets even formula is too sweet so I make it less sweet for him by diluting with a bit more water that on instructions
this does not look like hand foot and mouth. my baby just had this. it’s a food reaction on some sort
It looks like a little food reaction or maybe too much moisture around his mouth making a little rash :)
