Anyone done a half birthday party for their baby?

I sadly didn't do it but my baby did get a cupcake We just did a photoshoot instead and it happened to be Valentine's day
You could do half everything for a half birthday. For example, half a cake, half a pizza etc etc.
I do one with my daughter because her birthday is around Christmas. We don’t have much of a party because she’s only 2 just like a little tea party but she gets presents.
Half birthday? I've never heard of this. Do they get a 1.5, 2.5 etc? Don't mean it to sound rude just never hear of this before
